Boarding Rates and Inclusions
Boarding rate is $600 per month. This includes hay, grain, shavings, stall cleaning,
turnout, worming every six weeks, blanketing, fans, scheduling and holding for vet or farrier. A $20 fee will be
added May through September for fan electricity and fly spray. Extra fees may be incurred for clipping,
grooming, mane pulling or hauling. Horses will be turned out the majority of the day, weather permitting.
Horses may be stalled at night. A deposit of $500 is required and refundable only with 30 day
written notice of leaving. Boarders must take at least one lesson per week, which is not included in the
boarding price.
Training Training consists of riding and/or lungeing your horse during
the week. No training rides will take place on the weekends. Each session is $40 and will
be billed to you monthly.

About the Facility
Abingdon
Park is located at Valhalla Stables which sits on 31 acres. The main barn has eight 12x12 stalls with a wash rack and
tack room. There is an additional four stall out-facing barn and two 2-stall paddocks, with plenty of room for pasture
turnout. These stalls are also 12x12. There is a round pen and three large arenas. One arena is fully
lighted, one arena has controlled outdoor footing. The other arena will soon be fully covered and lighted - "weather-proofed"
for those cold, windy days, rain or blazing hot sun. **COVERED ARENA IN PROGRESS AND COMPLETED SOON** Two
