Boarding Rates and Inclusions
Boarding rate is $550 per month. This includes hay, grain, shavings, stall cleaning,
turnout, blanketing, fans, scheduling and holding for vet or farrier. A $20 fee will be added May through September for
fan electricity and fly spray. Extra fees may be incurred for paste de-worming, clipping, grooming, mane
pulling or hauling. Horses will be turned out the majority of the day, weather permitting. Horses may
be stalled at night. A deposit of $550 is required and refundable only with 30 day written notice of leaving.
Training Training consists of riding and/or lungeing your horse during the week. No
training rides will take place on the weekends. Each session is $40.
About the Facility
A
gorgeous green and white barn greets you as you turn in the drive. It is T-shaped with windows at every stall, ceiling fans,
brick paved aisleways, separate tack room, wash rack, and an office with air-conditioned lounge and bathroom. Gated security
and white fencing, ponds, huge paddocks and turn-out sheds make up just part of this more than 300 acre property.
There is a hay barn, large arena (fully lighted), jump field and a round pen, as well as "guest" quarters for
visiting horses! Julie and her husband, Tony, live on the property, making this barn a very secure and safe place to be!
